Extended Hours

In line with current health initiatives, we offer extended hours appointments at the Surgery and we are currently able to offer access to evening and weekend appointments at St Marks Hospital. These appointments are part of a national patient access pilot, for patients who work or commute and need access to a GP outside of our regular hours.

Training Days

In order to provide you with the very best care, all of our doctors, nurses and staff need to keep their knowledge and skills up to date. All surgeries in Windsor Ascot and Maidenhead (WAM) have regular training sessions throughout the year and all Practices are closed during these times.

The forthcoming training afternoons for 2021-22 are as follows:

  • Wednesday 5th January 2022
  • Thursday 3rd February 2022
  • Tuesday 15th March 2022

On these days the Practice closes at 12.30 and re-opens at 8.00am the next day

At all times when the Practice is closed emergency advice and assistance is available by calling 111.

When We Are Closed

At all times when the Practice is closed emergency advice and assistance is available by calling 111.

The following centres run drop in clinics seven days a week from 8.00am - 8.00pm:

NHS 111 Online

111 online is a fast and convenient alternative to the 111 phone service and provides an option for people who want to access 111 digitally.

Your needs will be assessed and you will be given advice about whether you need:

  • Treat yourself at home
  • Go to a Primary Care Centre

If you need face to face medical attention you may be asked to attend a Primary Care Centre.
